Mexican and Beer

Living in San Diego you can't help but eat Mexican food at least a few times a month. Instead of popping your typical south of the border beer and adding a lime, why not chose a craft beer to pair with your taco. I picked up Deschutes Fresh Hopped Mirror Pond. The cilantro and jalapenos I added was a wonderful match with the Cascade hop. I bought all the ingredients at the Olive Tree including the freshly ground chuck.
