What's in my fridge.
San Culottes by La Choulette. One of my all time favorite beers. A nice light and crisp beverage. Great with food or cheese especially some brie. Being poured in the Tasting Room starting tomorrow.
Cheers,
Mike

What's in my fridge
Cambridge Sgt. Pepper. A saison brewed with peppercorns. Since I've had a few beers brewed with peppercorns, I knew what I was getting myself into. Some citrus notes of orange and a little biscuity flavors. The finish is all about the heat from the peppercorns. I enjoyed this with a rib eye and was thankful I had something to eat with it. A very nice brew and would recommend it to anyone who enjoys a little extra spice.
